Legal Workshop on Labor Guarantees for War Veterans

On April 15, 2024, LI attorneys Nadia Yolkina and Alina Muzychenko spoke at the legal workshop for the Nova Poshta Union regional leaders to teach them what legal guarantees and benefits have mobilized workers and those who returned from the army. Among them – are extra types of leave, workplace adjustments if the worker has a disability, protection from dismissal, etc. 

Such thematic workshops will be replicated for other unions to prepare them to ensure decent employment and working conditions for war veterans.
