During the full-scale invasion, legal regulations on unpaid leave in Ukraine were adjusted to reflect wartime circumstances and provide workers with the means for extended work absences. Currently, the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Leaves\u201d and the Law \u201cOn Regulation of Labor Relations Amid the War\u201d outline two forms of unpaid leave categorized as \u201cwartime.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
