Inna Kudinska and George Sandul examined the impact of telework on a range of worker rights issues, including working hours and the right to disconnect, access to health and safety protections, discrimination, privacy and the right to collective bargaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new reports are part of an ongoing ILAW Network research series on telework and workers rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
