On March 12, Labor Initiatives lawyers Kateryna Shvets<\/strong> and Alina Muzychenko<\/strong> conducted an online webinar for the Nova Poshta union. <\/a>The webinar focused on women’s labor rights and their effective protection.<\/strong> Kateryna and Alina shared successful cases from Labor Initiatives’ practice and provided the union audience with practical tips for resolving problematic issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women’s rights remain a focal point for the Nova Poshta union. Additionally, the Nova Poshta collective bargaining agreement is the first of its kind to include provisions for preventing gender-based violence.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
