Social dialogue and collective bargaining at all levels are among SEUU&#8217;s main priorities for the coming years. Previously, LI prepared a model collective bargaining agreement for local authorities, including councils and local communities (hromadas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inna and George shared practical tips and insights on bargaining in Ukraine and international practices and norms.
