This issue emphasizes that while law is not a substitute for worker power, lawyers can play an essential role in union growth when their work aligns with organizing, social dialogue, and democratic practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inna Kudinska had the opportunity to present the article \u201cLaw in the Service of Workers: Building Social Movement in Ukraine,\u201d authored with Tristan Masat and George Sandul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cross-regional roundtable discussion among experienced ILAW lawyers highlighted the essential link between unions and their legal advisors.
