Participants practiced articulating union benefits and navigating organizing efforts, receiving direct feedback from both peers and the trainer to refine their communication strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical legal sessions focused on pressing labor law issues faced by Nova Poshta members on the ground. Labor law attorneys Inna Kudinska and George Sandul addressed practical challenges, including employer misconduct and worker disputes under Ukrainian law.
