As Viber remains one of the most widely used communication channels among Nova Poshta workers and union members, the new launch significantly expands the accessibility of union services and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to its introduction on Viber, the chatbot had been operating successfully on Telegram, where it has already attracted 1,753 subscribers. The tool has proven to be an effective channel for member engagement and assistance. As of June 1, the chatbot had delivered 22,189 automated consultations and facilitated 466 manual consultations, demonstrating both high demand and practical value for union members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of this technology has had a meaningful impact on the union\u2019s daily operations. By handling routine inquiries and frequently asked questions, the chatbot allows union representatives and shop stewards to devote more time to higher-value activities, including member organizing, collective bargaining, workplace advocacy, and strategic development.
