In addition to legal training, participants explored emerging trends shaping the labor market, including the growing influence of artificial intelligence and technological transformation on the world of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program also featured interactive discussions and internal workshops dedicated to strengthening youth engagement within the trade union movement and developing the next generation of union leaders in the energy sector.
