She addressed some of the most pressing questions surrounding the growing use of AI in the world of work, including its impact on employment, labor rights, and workplace relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-940x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-940x1024.jpg 940w, https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-275x300.jpg 275w, https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-768x836.jpg 768w, https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-1411x1536.jpg 1411w, https:\/\/trudovi.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/e36a9a49-47d8-7e1a-2ff2-9bd1152d9813-1881x2048.jpg 1881w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion highlighted that while artificial intelligence presents significant risks &#8211; including job displacement, increased workplace surveillance, and new forms of algorithmic management &#8211; it can also become a valuable tool for trade unions when used responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants explored practical ways in which AI can support everyday union activities by assisting with routine administrative tasks, preparing documents, analyzing information, and improving communication.
