Five construction workers building fortifications in the Sumy region turned to Labor Initiatives (LI) after months of unpaid wages and the employer’s refusal to accept their resignation requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite being officially employed, they faced labor rights violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LI lawyers provided legal guidance, prepared resignation letters and wage demands, and assisted in filing complaints to the Labor Inspectorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, the workers were dismissed by mutual agreement and received all due payments totaling UAH 190,000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
