However, the employer failed to properly record these extra hours in the official timesheets, resulting in the absence of appropriate overtime payments. This affected not only her salary but also calculations for vacation pay, sick leave, and other related entitlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The worker sought legal assistance from Labor Initiatives (LI).
