Nevertheless, acting in good faith, he continued performing his job duties, receiving only a small portion of his salary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labor Initiatives\u2019 legal clinic prepared a formal appeal to both the employer and the town council (the enterprise\u2019s founding body), requesting an investigation into the municipal agency\u2019s operations and accountability for wage delays. In parallel, LI lawyers drafted a lawsuit in case the matter could not be resolved pre-trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, the employer and town council agreed to resolve the situation without going to court.
