Labor Initiatives (LI) lawyers successfully defended the rights of a worker in the aviation sector who was issued a reprimand for allegedly failing to fulfill his job duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The worker challenged the disciplinary action in court, but the first-instance court rejected his claim. With the support of LI\u2019s legal team, he appealed the decision\u2014and the appellate court ruled in his favor, declaring the reprimand unlawful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the employer filed a cassation appeal, the Supreme Court referred the case back to the appellate court for a new review. After reconsideration, the appellate court upheld its previous decision and fully satisfied the worker\u2019s demands, confirming the illegality of the reprimand and formally canceling it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
