Despite making multiple verbal requests to her employer, she received no response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LI\u2019s legal team prepared a formal letter to the employer citing relevant labor legislation. The letter demanded full payment of the wage arrears, compensation for delayed payments, and reimbursement for all unused leave days as required by law upon termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the worker\u2019s rights were fully restored: her unpaid wages were settled in full, and she received compensation for unused annual and additional leave.
