In addition, the employee had not received her wages for two consecutive months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LI lawyers provided legal consultations on the proper resignation procedure under Ukrainian law and prepared a formal appeal to the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, all of the employee\u2019s demands were met: she was lawfully dismissed by mutual agreement under Paragraph 1, Article 36 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, received compensation for unused vacation days, and was paid the outstanding wage arrears.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After LI lawyers intervened, a retail worker was lawfully dismissed, received vacation compensation, and recovered two months\u2019 unpaid wages.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5601,"template":"","class_list":["post-5600","success-story","type-success-story","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
