The employee submitted multiple resignation letters and final payment requests, yet the employer declined to process them. This action violates Article 43 of Ukraine\u2019s Constitution, which forbids forced labor and ensures that everyone has the right to labor that he or she freely chooses or to which he or she freely agrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With assistance from Labor Initiatives, the employee initiated a lawsuit to end their employment and seek unpaid wages. Although the legal process was protracted, the attorneys offered ongoing guidance and handled all essential legal preparations documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
