In September 2024, the contracts with the institution\u2019s educators were suspended due to partial damage to the building caused by the missile attack. Despite the fact that the institution later resumed its work, contracts were not renewed with all workers. Because of this, in the summer of 2025, they sought help from our lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our lawyers consulted the workers about their rights and explained the next steps. Since the preschool institution is able to provide conditions for work (as other workers continue working), the lawyers prepared an appeal to the employer demanding to restore the
