Holding a worker responsible for an employer\u2019s possible failure to pay contributions or submit reports violates the principle of individual responsibility and deprives the person of the state-guaranteed right to pension provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court granted the claim, declared the Pension Fund\u2019s refusal unlawful and annulled it.
