Recovery of UAH 30,000 for the Supermarket Worker

Labor Initiatives (LI) supported a supermarket employee who was denied full payment upon dismissal. Part of her wages had been paid in cash without proper documentation or tax contributions.

After the employer ignored her requests, LI lawyers helped file official demands for payment and alerted the Tax Service.

As a result, the worker received over UAH 30,000, and authorities launched an investigation into possible tax evasion by the employer.
