Overturn of the Aviation Worker Disciplinary Reprimand

Labor Initiatives (LI) lawyers successfully defended the rights of a worker in the aviation sector who was issued a reprimand for allegedly failing to fulfill his job duties.

The worker challenged the disciplinary action in court, but the first-instance court rejected his claim. With the support of LI’s legal team, he appealed the decision—and the appellate court ruled in his favor, declaring the reprimand unlawful.

Although the employer filed a cassation appeal, the Supreme Court referred the case back to the appellate court for a new review. After reconsideration, the appellate court upheld its previous decision and fully satisfied the worker’s demands, confirming the illegality of the reprimand and formally canceling it.
