Union TV – Special Edition devoted to International Human Rights Day

This week, Union TV released one more video devoted to International Human Rights Day – a conversation between Tristan Masat, Solidarity Center Country Program Director, and George Sandul, Labor Initiatives legal director. 

“I think that people often see labor rights as a second-tier right.  They think about human rights in terms of, were there fair elections, or do I have freedom of speech?  The reality is that all of that is very dependent on whether or not you can feed yourself and your family, whether or not you have a home—all of which stems from whether your work conditions are fair.”
