Annual Leave During Martial Law: New Union TV Episode

In a time when, despite the war, Ukrainians try to keep the normal pace of life and take their vacations before Christmas and New Year, or when they plan their days off for the upcoming year, Labor Initiatives released a new thematic episode (with English subtitles) about annual leaves during martial law. 

LI attorney Kateryna Shvets explains the rules of annual leave obtained amid the war, the restrictions on its duration imposed by wartime labor regulations, especially for workers in critical infrastructure, and the employer`s rights to refuse leave.
