Nova Poshta Union Launches E-Admission

In June, the Trade Union of the Nova Poshta Group took a major leap forward by launching E-admission, a unique digital service that allows workers to join the union in just a few clicks. Operating via a chatbot platform, this tool completely eliminates the need for paper applications and long processing times. With this launch, the Nova Poshta Union has become a true pioneer in the entire Ukrainian trade union movement.

This breakthrough was made possible through close collaboration with Diia, Ukraine’s official e-government portal and mobile app. To ensure complete security and legal compliance, new members sign their digital union applications using Diia.Signature – the government-backed, qualified electronic signature.

In addition to E-admission, Nova Poshta Union members can now digitally apply for financial assistance from the union. Members can submit all necessary supporting documents and forms electronically using their digital signatures, making the support process faster and more accessible than ever.
