Recovering UAH 95,000 During Pre-Trial Proceedings

Four workers from a private security company applied to Labor Initiatives (LI) after facing a three-month wage delay and receiving no final payments upon quitting in October 2024.

LI lawyers advised them on pre-trial solutions, helped draft wage demands, and prepared an application to the Labor Inspectorate.

As a result, the employer paid the full amount owed, including unpaid wages and vacation compensation, totaling UAH 95,000.
