LI attorneys also helped a worker with disabilities from a Zhytomyr municipal social center. Recently, the worker obtained a disabled status and wanted to transfer to a part-time job. However, the employer humiliated the woman and bullied her at the workplace. 

LI lawyers prepared a request to the doctors’ commission, which granted the disabled status, to clarify the working conditions necessary to establish for this disabled worker. The commission’s reply became the grounds for several complaints to the employer demanding to stop any forms of psychological pressure on the worker and transfer to a part-time job. 

In October 2024, worker’s rights were secured.
