Construction Worker Awarded UAH 80,000 Compensation After Illegal Dismissal 

A construction worker was inadequately compensated upon dismissal, leading him to pursue the issue in court.

The court determined that the employer violated legally established deadlines for final payments upon termination and ruled that the company must compensate the worker for the resulting loss of income. After a year and a half of legal proceedings, the court fully upheld the worker’s claim and awarded him UAH 80,000 in compensation.
