A single mother employed at a well-known private medical laboratory network planned to resign because her employer had initially postponed salary payments and ultimately ceased paying her altogether.

Our legal team helped her prepare a formal request to the employer for payment of the wage arrears and the acceptance of her resignation letter.

As a result, the employee was officially dismissed at her request, and a final settlement of approximately 25,000 UAH was paid.
