A single mother employed at a well-known private medical laboratory network planned to resign because her employer had initially postponed salary payments and ultimately ceased paying her altogether.

Our legal team helped her prepare a formal request to the employer for payment of the wage arrears and the acceptance of her resignation letter.

As a result, the employee was officially dismissed at her request, and a final settlement of approximately 25,000 UAH was paid.

The consultation revealed that the employer owed one month’s salary to around 30 employees, some of whom filed formal claims to repay their outstanding wages.
