Recovery of UAH 36,000 for Unofficially Employed Security Guard

An unofficially employed security guard at a major Kyiv business center sought help from Labor Initiatives (LI) after going unpaid for three months.

LI lawyers assisted in filing complaints with the Labor Inspectorate and the State Tax Service.

Following the inspection, the employer paid the full wage debt of UAH 36,000, and the worker left the job.
