Bullying at Work: Webinar for the National Culture Workers Union

On October 24, Labor Initiatives lawyers Alina Antonenko, Kateryna Shvets, and Nadiia Yolkina conducted a webinar about preventing and combating bullying (mobbing) at the workplace for more than 90 representatives of the National Trade Union of Cultural Workers of Ukraine. 

In a presentation, LI experts highlighted legislative provisions on bullying prevention and provided best practices for counteracting any forms of physical/psychological violence that people may face in their work. Particular attention was given to evidence collection in workplace bullying cases and legal strategies for rights protection in courts.
