Capacity-Building of Union Youth Network

On December 2, Labor Initiatives attorneys Inna Kudinska and Nadia Yolkina held a two-hour labor law workshop for 30 members of the FPU Youth Network. 

This time, LI experts made a long Q&A session to listen to actual wartime problems of labor law implementation from union leaders across Ukraine and develop tactics for responding to them. Issues of standstill and wage payment during often lengthy air alert warnings in Ukraine, collective bargaining regulation of war-related challenges, and remote work for those who flee the war got particular interest among young activists.
