Empowering Career Consultants: LI Partners with Reskilling Ukraine
On March 3, Labor Initiative lawyers conducted a specialized legal training session for 20 career consultants from Reskilling Ukraine, a project of the Swedish non-profit Beredskapslyftet.
Reskilling Ukraine – was created to help Ukrainians rebuild Ukraine through education, retraining, and professional development programs.

The career consultants’ task is to work with veterans returning to civilian life, guiding them on how to translate their military experience into civilian skills, how to write a CV and succeed in interviews, and what they need to know about labor rights.
As career consultants are people with diverse backgrounds (some of them are war veterans and unionists as well), LI experts provided an intensive deep dive into the practical application of labor law. The training was highly rated by participants, with many calling for future sessions to be held in an offline format to further strengthen their knowledge in labor law and worker rights.
