On December 17, the Solidarity Center supported an online training for over 50 of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service (NMCS)’s regional representatives and central office staff. The training session, conducted by media expert and journalist Larysa Denysenko, was dedicated to the NMCS service positioning and public outreach strategy, which directly impacts the functioning of this Service and its perception by social partners as an effective and trustworthy instrument for collective dispute resolution.

The training also involved other tracks, such as social media use and social media best practices as vital factors in maintaining a professional reputation and building confidence between unions/workers and NMCS itself.
