Enhancing Labor Rights of Logistics Workers Union

On March 11, Labor Initiatives attorneys Kateryna Shvets and Inna Kudinska held the second webinar in a planned legal training series for the Nova Poshta Union leaders.

This time, LI addressed the topic “Reprimands at the Workplace.” as imposing illegal reprimands is one of the widespread applications of the Nova Poshta workers to the LI legal clinic. 23 regional union leaders learned the reprimands procedure and potential proofs of disciplinary misconduct, were provided with the court practice on their appeal, and got an algorithm for how to act in case of illegal disciplinary penalties.
