Everything You Need to Know about Vacations

On February 28, Labor Initiatives lawyers Nadia Yolkina, Kateryna Shvets, and Alina Muzychenko carried out an online education training about the legal aspects of vacations during wartime streamed on LI social media. 

Presenting legislative provisions on various types of leaves for workers, LI experts simultaneously answered specific war-related questions sent to LI lawyers before the training. Among them are options to obtain leave for internally displaced persons, duration of vacations for those who flee abroad, payments during maternity leaves in wartime, etc.
