Expanding Knowledge of Collective Bargaining 

On August 6, Inna Kudinska, a lawyer with Labor Initiatives and Solidarity Center, and George Sandul, Labor Initiatives legal director, took part as trainers in the regional meeting of the National Public Servants Union in Korosten (Zhytomyr region). 

15 young public servants from the Zhytomyr region participated in an interactive training session from Inna and George on the peculiarities of the valid and recently adopted new law on collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). The speakers also shared anecdotal cases of bargaining practices/CBA provisions and gave particular tips/tactics in collective bargaining.
