Inna and George examined existing collective bargaining agreements between local governments and unions, suggested amendments favoring workers, highlighted effective negotiation strategies, and compared the current law on collective agreements with the new Law No. 2937, adopted in 2023, which will take effect six months after martial law is lifted.
