Regular Meeting of the Expert Council at the Ombuds Office

On June 30, George Sandul, LI legal director, co-chaired a regular meeting of the Expert Council on Economic and Social Rights functioning under the auspices of the Human Rights Ombuds Office. 

Members of the Council met with the Ombuds Dmytro Lubinets, discussed the Ombuds` report on activities for the last year, and developed the road map for future work. One of the most important focuses of the Expert Council is still the ongoing labor reform in Ukraine and its compliance with fundamental human rights standards.
