Improving Negotiation Skills

On October 7 and 21, Solidarity Center and Labor Initiatives supported two online seminars for union leaders of the Nova Poshta Union (Nova Poshta company is the biggest private postal and logistics operator in Ukraine) about peculiarities of day-to-day communication with management and negotiation on better worker conditions. 

Ukrainian trainer Oleg Demchik shared practical lifehacks with union activists about resolving workplace conflicts and tactics for achieving bargaining victories in different situations with company management.
