Intensifying Collective Bargaining in Local Communities

On April 4, experts from Labor Initiatives, George Sandul and Inna Kudinska, were invited to participate in the kick-off meeting organized by the Public Servants Union of Ukraine, which focused on launching a new project aimed at enhancing collective bargaining for officials of local community (hromadas) councils.

Through the Laboratory of Social Dialogue operating under the Public Servants’ Union of Ukraine, Labor Initiatives will assist the union in drafting a model template for a collective bargaining agreement for local communities, which will then be signed by the local union.
