Legal Remedies in Case of Labor Violations

On July 24, LI legal clinics lawyers held a webinar on the legal instruments of workers` rights protection.

Alina Muzychenko, Nadiia Yolkina, and Kateryna Shvets analyzed the implementation practice of the new grounds for dismissal amid the war. Also, they outlined the Labor Inspectorate functions and available instruments to protect workers` rights. Special attention was paid to wartime court practice and perspectives of restoring workers` rights after the violation.
