New report about telework and worker rights in Ukraine

LI labor lawyers Inna Kudinska and George Sandul presented the report on remote work in Ukraine during the ILAW webinar on telework regulation in Europe and Central Asia.

Inna Kudinska and George Sandul examined the impact of telework on a range of worker rights issues, including working hours and the right to disconnect, access to health and safety protections, discrimination, privacy and the right to collective bargaining.
The new reports are part of an ongoing ILAW Network research series on telework and workers rights.
