Labor Legislation During Wartime: Knowledge That Protects!
Today, trade unions face significant challenges, including supporting employees returning from the war and finding effective solutions for their reintegration into the workplace. Addressing these issues requires cooperation with employers, alignment with state policies, and the involvement of proactive people ready to take responsibility and act.

On July 12, Labor Initiatives lawyers Inna Kudinska and George Sandul held a training session for participants of the Atomprofspilka Collegium educational project, which took place in Lviv with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine.

During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
✅ recent legislative changes regarding workers’ and trade union rights,
✅ collective bargaining regulation,
✅ labor rights and guarantees for veterans returning to their jobs.

We were glad to contribute to this important event, as we believe that knowledge and solidarity make workers stronger!
📖 We also remind you that in the Labor Initiatives’ library you can download our guides on labor rights and wartime employment.
