Womenʼs Rights in Focus

On March 12, Labor Initiatives lawyers Kateryna Shvets and Alina Muzychenko conducted an online webinar for the Nova Poshta union. The webinar focused on women’s labor rights and their effective protection. Kateryna and Alina shared successful cases from Labor Initiatives’ practice and provided the union audience with practical tips for resolving problematic issues.

Women’s rights remain a focal point for the Nova Poshta union. Additionally, the Nova Poshta collective bargaining agreement is the first of its kind to include provisions for preventing gender-based violence.
