THE INTRODUCTION OF PRIVATE ENFORCEMENT
Attention! The new Law of Ukraine “On enforcement proceedings” entered into force on October 5, 2016. The novelties include the introduction of private enforcement.
However, take into account that the Law requires the plaintiff to pay in advance 2% of the amount to be recovered before the enforcement proceedings.
Remember! Under para. 2, art. 26 of the new Law, “Creditors in proceedings on wages recovery, reinstatement and other claims arising from the employment relations are not obliged to pay the advance payment”
