Union TV Episode 10: How Veterans Resume Work After Military Service

Ukrainian laws permit military personnel to return to their civilian jobs after being discharged. 

Workers who have been discharged from military service are required to start work the day after their discharge and registration at the staffing center. If workers wish to delay their start date, they can apply for various legally guaranteed leave types.

Labor Initiatives lawyers frequently get inquiries from war veterans seeking guidance on the applications and documents required to formally resume work duties, and ensure that this process is completed correctly.
