With the support of LI, the Nova Poshta trade union has successfully run an innovative digital tool – a Telegram chatbot designed to enhance communication and support for its members. This chatbot provides instant, automated responses to frequently asked questions, ensuring that union members can quickly access the information they need at any time.

Currently, the chatbot has attracted 1,429 subscribers, demonstrating strong engagement and trust in this digital solution. As of April 1, it has delivered over 16,650 automated consultations, significantly improving the efficiency and accessibility of union services.

The implementation of this technology has had a meaningful impact on the union’s daily operations. By handling routine inquiries and time-consuming questions, the chatbot frees up shop stewards to focus on higher-value activities such as organizing, collective bargaining, and strategic initiatives. As a result, the union can better allocate its resources while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and support for its members.
