On May 16, Kateryna Shvets, a Labor Initiatives lawyer, appeared in a prime-time interview on the LvivMedia channel to discuss new regulations aimed at preventing discrimination in job advertisements.

Kateryna spoke about new regulations that impose fines of up to UAH 80,000 if a company includes discriminatory requirements in its job advertisements, such as those based on gender, age, race, and more.
